Terms & Conditions

All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation. Remaining balance is due at pickup.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before pickup will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation have already begun.

Order modifications must be requested at least 3 days before pickup. Changes after that cannot be guaranteed.

Pickup is at the scheduled time and location. I am unable to hold orders beyond the agreed window. Items not picked up within 2 hours will be considered abandoned with no refund.

Items are prepared in a home kitchen. While every care is taken, they may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts. Please inform me of any allergies before ordering.

All items are final sale once picked up or delivered. No returns or refunds after handoff.
